Rapback Accounts. If you have a Rapback account, regardless of whether you also have a WebCheck account, invoices and statements can be found by logging into Rapback at https://rapback.ohioattorneygeneral.gov/Default.aspx and selecting the “Print/View Invoices” button on the main horizontal menu bar.

Rapback is a system that notifies the State Board of Education and school districts of criminal arrests or convictions of licensed educators and pupil transportation drivers in Ohio. Learn how to enroll in Rapback, what it means for your license, and how it works with BCI background checks.

All users accessing this system are subject to having all of their activities on this system monitored and recorded by system personnel. This system may be monitored for a variety of reasons such as maintenance, troubleshooting and investigating suspected or known unauthorized activity.

You may log into your account and view your Rapback enrollment status from your CORE Dashboard under My Background Checks. Why would someone be unenrolled in Rapback? If you allow your State Board of Education-issued credential to lapse for longer than a year, you will be unenrolled from the Rapback system.

From Rapback, the Department provides notifications about criminal arrests or convictions of licensed educators and pupil transportation drivers to the school districts where they are employed. The Department also determines whether the arrest or conviction affects the educator’s licensure status.
