Your email is already setup. If you don’t know your email address and password, please call 99–FIBER (993-4237). From a personal computer, you simply need to login to the App Portal with your full user@lusfiber.net email address in the Username field and your Password.

Step 4. Enter your IMAP Account Settings. Under Incoming mail: Enter mail.lusfiber.net in the server field. Input 993 in the Port field. Select SSL/TLS from the Encryption method dropdown menu. Under Outgoing mail: Enter smtp.lusfiber.net in the server field. Input 465 in the Port field.

Verify/update your IMAP and SMTP server settings here. Incoming email server: mail.lusfiber.net. Outgoing (SMTP) email server: smtp.lusfiber.net. All 4 checkboxes should be checked. Select Done- if Done is greyed out, you can click the X in the top corner of the settings pop-out window.
