This web page allows you to register as a provider in the GEHA Connection Dental Network. You need to fill out your personal and professional information, answer security questions and accept terms and conditions.

GEHA web users can start the process of signing in to their secure member or provider accounts here.

The Connection Dental Network is a nationwide PPO dental network owned and operated by GEHA, a not-for profit association. It serves 57 million members, 70,000 dentists and 241,000 locations.

You may also complete the Attestation form online through the Participating Provider Portal (you will need to log in to your account and enter your Provider ID number under the Manage Account tab. All health care practitioners are required to complete the training modules.

To quickly and easily find out if you, the provider, or a provider referral, participate in the member’s plan network*, either log in or register for Provider Connection. *Blue Shield of California member plans only
