To access an AP310 right out of the box you should use the following credentials: admin/admin123. The AP will boot up into discovery mode but if you already have WiNG equipment running at that site, this AP should automatically switch to WiNG OS.

Find the default login, username, password, and ip address for your EXTREME NETWORKS ALL SWITCHES router. You will need to know then when you get a new router, or when you reset your router.

At the login prompt, log in using the default user name admin. For example: login: admin. Note. For the initial password, simply press [Enter]. When you have successfully logged on to the system, the command line prompt displays the system name (for example, SummitX670-G2#) in its prompt.

Type the user name and password into the fields on the login screen, then click Login. The user name and password are the same as those you use to log on to the command-line interface. By default, the user name is admin, and there is no password. Passwords are case sensitive.

The ExtremeWireless Controller provides you with local login authentication mode, the RADIUS-based login authentication mode, and combinations of the two authentication modes. The local login authentication is enabled by default.

By default, the switch contains two user accounts: admin, with ‘Read/Write’ privileges. guest, with ‘Read Only’ privileges. Both of these accounts have blank passwords by default. The names are not case sensitive.
